Install Smartone IPTV on Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)

📝 Step 1: Install Smartone via the Smart Hub
The Smartone app is available in the official Samsung app store. You don’t have to sideload anything.
What you do:
- Press the Home button on your Samsung remote control.
- Go to Apps (or Smart Hub).
- Search in the search bar “Smartone” .
- Click on it Smartone icon (blue with a white play icon).
- Click Install.
Takes a minute. You will see the app appear in your app overview.
📌 Problem installing? Check whether your Samsung TV has Tizen (Settings → About this device). Smartone does not work on older Samsung TVs (pre-2016).
📝 Step 2: Open Smartone and write down your MAC address
This is the most important step. The MAC address is the unique number of your TV.
What you do:
- Open the Smartone app.
- You will see a blank screen. At the bottom contains a series of six blocks with numbers and letters.
Example: 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E
That is your MAC address. Make a note of him. Take a photo. Or write it on a note. It’s only twelve characters.
📌 Don’t see a MAC address? Then there is something wrong with the installation. Restart your TV and open the app again. Is it not working yet? Send us a Joinchat.
📝 Step 3: Send your MAC address to Pro-IPTV
Now that you have your MAC address, it needs to be linked to an IPTV service.
What you do:
- Joinchat
- Send the message: *”Hi, my MAC address is 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E. I want a free trial.”*
