Pro-IPTV provides a digital service.
According to European legislation, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products once delivery has started.
The Android dongle?
You get it as a free gift. You didn’t pay for it. Returning a gift is not possible.
So:

❌ No return on the dongle (gift)
❌ No return address
❌ No return form
❌ No withdrawal period
❌ No hassle

Something you receive for free cannot be returned for money. There is nothing to refund.

We do something that no other provider does:
